Since you have chosen to purchase your car without an in-person meeting, there are specific terms and conditions that apply to your transaction. Please review the following points carefully to ensure a clear understanding of how these conditions impact your purchase:

If you are having your car delivered

To enhance fraud prevention measures, we can only deliver to your residential address. Before arranging delivery, we will request a scanned copy of your driver’s license for verification upon collection.

Upon receiving your vehicle, it is crucial to conduct a thorough inspection of its physical condition. Please note that once you sign to accept the vehicle, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage not documented during the delivery.

Vehicle delivery will occur at a mutually agreed-upon time. In the event that you are unable to accept the delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and any subsequent return charges. If a cancellation takes place, this amount will be deducted from your final refund.

Your right to return

You have the right to exercise a "cooling-off period" during which you can reconsider your purchase. This period begins on the day we deliver the vehicle and extends for 14 days.

If you wish to return the vehicle, you must inform us in writing within this 14-day window. Your notification must include a photograph of the current mileage, and the vehicle should not be used again. Once we receive your request, we will acknowledge it and initiate the cancellation process.

The vehicle must be returned to our premises within 7 days following the cancellation request. This 7-day period commences from the day we confirm receipt of your refund request. If you require us to collect the vehicle, collection will be subject to the standard rate. We will provide complete information about costs before arranging collection, and no action will be taken without your explicit consent. The cost will be deducted from your final refund.

You assume responsibility for the vehicle once you accept the delivery. If you choose to cancel within the cooling-off period, you remain liable for the vehicle until one of our team or designated delivery companies officially acknowledges its receipt. Additionally, you will be held accountable and charged for any previously unreported damages during delivery. These costs will be deducted from your final refund. In the event of an insurance claim, no refund will be processed until we receive compensation from the relevant insurance company.

To receive a full refund, the additional mileage must not exceed 200 miles beyond the initial recorded delivery mileage. Any mileage exceeding this limit will result in an excess mileage charge of £2.00 per mile, which will be deducted from your final refund.

A refund will only be issued after a member of our team inspects and approves the vehicle's condition upon return. If any deductions are intended from your final refund, you will be notified of the amount before the refund is processed.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the vehicle is returned to our possession. This 14-day period begins upon our acknowledgment of the vehicle's return to our premises.
