"I'd been in the market for BMW Z4 for a few months and visited a number of second hand dealerships, but Safwat Cars was the first prestige car specialist that was not only professional in the way they dealt with my partner and I, but also knowledgeable and genuine. I bought a very good example of a 2.5 on a 2005 plate and was extremely pleased with my purchase. Sadly a week later the windscreen motor had a fault (common problem on these models) but the year's warranty (that comes free on all vehicles sold) only covered a certain amount. After I had signed all the papers and paid for the car, just as I was about to drive off, I realised that the ash-tray door wasn\'t working properly.
